Attention
Since we have reached full capacity, as of September 19th, we are not able to accept additional abstract submissions.
For the same reason, registrations for the meeting will close earlier than initially planned – we will close registrations on Friday September 22nd at 22h00 (European Central Time).
Students are requested to provide a copy of their student ID card and a confirmation letter from their supervisor, which should be emailed together with the other documents (see above)
The poster size should be 90cm x 120cm (WxH). Fixing material will be available on site. All posters will be displayed during the total duration of the meeting.
All posters will be grouped by themes as indicated on your submissions. Please check the conference website for the locations assigned to your poster. There will be also information available at the registration desk at the Conference.
Best posters will be selected for a Poster Prize, wich will be awarded at the end of the Conference.
